Join Us by Developing a Reach-In
Reach-Ins are projects and programs that open the Claire Trevor School of the Arts to students and their families, bringing them on campus to attend events, participate in tours and talk-backs, and to meet students and faculty. Reach-Ins are often developed in partnership with the Art, Dance, Drama or Music Departments at the Claire Trevor School of the Arts, UC Irvine faculty or students, or an outside group or organization.
Tours and Workshops
Tours and workshops are an excellent way to learn more about the Claire Trevor School of the Arts, to get an inside look at the work faculty, staff and students do, and to have a unique arts experience tailored to the needs and interests of your group. School groups, boards of directors, and life-long learners have taken advantage of these great offerings. Contact the Outreach Department to begin planning your tour or workshop. We will work with you and your group to fit an experience to your particular needs, budget and audience.
We work with area organizations, schools and school districts to develop special projects and programs including Art and Technology Tours with the Beall Center for Art + Technology and an Emerging Artists Exhibition with Irvine Unified School District among others.
If you are looking for a partner for your project or program, contact the Outreach Department to discuss the possibilities of working with the Claire Trevor school of the Arts.
Often we have exclusive opportunities for groups to enjoy open rehearsals of Drama and Music productions. Such opportunities are usually reserved for area K12 students, teachers and parents.
